Important: MyChatMockup is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The Service is an independent tool that creates visual mockups resembling the WhatsApp interface for legitimate creative and educational purposes.

WhatsApp and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Our Service is provided under the principles of fair use for commentary, criticism, and educational purposes.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 Service "As Is"

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • Requests by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and content without liability.
